Demonstration notice. This is a demonstration storefront. Studio ZMS is a fictional studio, no payment is taken, and no goods are shipped. The terms below describe how the storefront would operate; they are not legal advice and should be reviewed before use by a real business.

These terms apply to every order placed through this site with Studio ZMS SARL. By placing an order you accept them. They do not limit any right you have under mandatory Algerian consumer law. If a term conflicts with that law, the law applies and the rest of the terms remain in force.

01

The checkout is an order request. We confirm availability and send a secure payment link by email.

02

Delivery is arranged across all 69 wilayas; timing is confirmed with the order.

03

04

Algerian law governs. Consumers may also contact the competent consumer protection authority.

1. About us

Studio ZMS SARL is a company registered in Algeria, with its studio at 14 Rue des Oliviers, Saida Centre, 20000 Saida, Algeria. In these terms, “we”, “us”, and “the studio” mean Studio ZMS SARL. “You” means the person placing the order.

Email: zms@v.cd. We answer Monday to Friday within one business day. The studio is open by appointment only; please do not travel without a confirmed time.

2. Orders and the contract

An order placed through the site is an offer to buy. The checkout is an order request: we confirm availability and send a secure payment link by email. A binding contract is formed when we accept the order in writing and payment is received, or when we dispatch the piece, whichever happens first.

We may decline an order if a piece is no longer available, if a description contains an obvious error, if we cannot deliver to the address, or if we suspect fraud. If we decline after payment, we refund the full amount without undue delay.

Made-to-order pieces enter production only after payment and after the 48-hour change window in section 6 has passed. Once cutting has begun, the order cannot be cancelled. We will confirm the estimated completion date in writing.

Please check the order confirmation immediately. If anything is wrong, email us with the order number as soon as possible. The order number is the reference for all correspondence, returns, and warranty claims.

3. Availability and confirmation

The checkout is an order request. We confirm availability and send a secure payment link by email. The amount due, including delivery, is shown in the payment link before you approve it. The amount you approve is the amount you pay, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Delivery is arranged separately and is available across all 69 wilayas; express delivery is available in Saida, Blida, Boumerdès, and Tipaza. Delivery details are confirmed with your order before payment.

If a description contains an obvious error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment. We do not apply retrospective changes to an order we have already accepted.

4. Payment

We accept payment through a secure payment link by CIB or Edahabia card, and by bank transfer for trade orders. The payment link is valid for seven days. An order is not reserved until payment is received; if payment is not received within seven days, we may release the piece.

We do not store card numbers. Payment processing is handled by a regulated payment provider, and their terms apply to the transaction. We do not accept cash on delivery, cheques, or cryptocurrency.

Invoices for trade orders are payable within 14 days unless agreed otherwise. Ownership of the piece passes to you on full payment; risk passes on delivery.

5. Delivery

We deliver to all 69 wilayas of Algeria. We do not ship to PO boxes or freight-forwarding addresses without prior agreement. If you are outside Algeria, email the studio before ordering; we will confirm whether delivery is possible and how it would be arranged.

In-stock pieces leave the studio within two business days. Estimated transit times after dispatch: standard delivery 3–6 business days; express delivery 2–3 business days in Saida, Blida, Boumerdès, and Tipaza. Made-to-order pieces take 10–14 days before dispatch. These are estimates, not guarantees; carrier delays and public holidays are outside our control.

We send tracking when the parcel leaves the studio. Please inspect the packaging on arrival and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing. If a piece arrives damaged, email photographs of the packaging and the piece within 48 hours so we can claim with the carrier and arrange a repair or replacement.

Studio collection is available by appointment. Choose collection at checkout and wait for the confirmation email before travelling. If delivery fails because you provided an incorrect address or did not collect the parcel, the carrier may return it to us; we will contact you to arrange redelivery at your cost.

6. Returns and withdrawal

You have 14 days from delivery to return an unused piece in its original packaging for a refund. This is a voluntary return window and does not limit any right you have under Algerian consumer law. Made-to-order pieces may be returned only if they are faulty or not as described.

To return a piece, email zms@v.cd with your order number and the reason, if you wish to give one. We will send return instructions within two business days. Do not send a piece back without instructions; unannounced returns may be refused.

The piece must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with any seals, labels, and accessories. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the piece is faulty or not as described. We recommend a tracked service and insurance; the piece remains your responsibility until we receive it.

For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics — including lip colour, eye pencil, cream, oil, and perfume — cannot be returned for change of mind. If a cosmetic is unopened and the hygiene seal is intact, it may be returned within the 14-day window. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, contaminated, or not as described.

We inspect returns within three business days of arrival. If the return is accepted, we refund the amount paid for the piece and any standard outgoing delivery to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the piece or of receiving proof of return, whichever is earlier. Your bank may take a further 3–5 days to post the refund.

We may reduce the refund if a piece has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its characteristics, or if it is returned damaged or incomplete. Made-to-order pieces and custom finishes cannot be returned for change of mind. This does not affect your rights if a piece is faulty.

7. Warranty and defects

We are responsible for defects that existed at the time of delivery and appear within the period required by Algerian consumer law. Clothing and accessories carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Cosmetics are guaranteed to be within their stated shelf life when dispatched and sealed as described.

The warranty covers structural failure and manufacturing defects. It does not cover normal wear, patina, scratches, dents, chips, water marks, damage from improper care, commercial use beyond the stated rating, or natural variation in material. Cotton is expected to crease; aluminium is expected to acquire fine marks; perfume and cream change with light and time.

If you believe a piece is defective, stop using it and email photographs, your order number, and a description of the problem. We will assess the claim and offer repair, replacement, or a refund in that order, as required by law. Do not attempt a repair yourself; unauthorised repairs may end the warranty.

We keep spare parts and refills for a reasonable period after a piece leaves production. Repairs outside warranty are quoted before work begins and are usually completed within two to four weeks.

8. Materials, cosmetics, and care

Every piece is made from a natural or hand-finished material. Colour, grain, weave, and surface texture will vary between pieces. We do not select for a uniform pattern, and we do not consider variation a defect. Photographs and drawings on the site are representative, not exact.

Care instructions are supplied with each piece and summarised on its product page. In general: wash cotton at 30°C and hang to dry; dry clean satin; steam rather than iron; store cosmetics away from direct light and heat; keep perfume sealed when not in use. Do not use abrasive cleaners, ammonia, or solvents unless the product page says otherwise.

Cosmetics are for external use only. Read the ingredient list and directions on the packaging before use. Do not use a product on broken or irritated skin. If you experience redness, swelling, or discomfort, stop using it and contact a pharmacist or doctor. Keep cosmetics out of reach of children. Opened products should be used within the period shown on the packaging.

Our cosmetics are not tested on animals. They are formulated with partners in the EU and filled in small runs. Ingredient lists are available on request and on the packaging. If you have a known allergy, write to us before ordering and we will send the full list.

9. Privacy and data

Studio ZMS SARL is the data controller for personal data collected through this site. We collect the information you give us at checkout or by email: name, address, email, phone number, order details, and correspondence. We use it to process orders, arrange delivery, provide warranty support, and answer your questions.

Our legal bases are the performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations (such as accounting), and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and preventing fraud. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising. Our processing is intended to comply with Algerian Law No. 18-07 on the protection of personal data.

We share only what is necessary with carriers, payment providers, and our bookkeeping service. Those providers process data under contract and only on our instructions. Order records are kept for the period required by Algerian accounting and commercial law; enquiries that do not become orders are deleted within 24 months unless we agree otherwise.

This site stores your cart in your browser's localStorage under the key zms.cart.v3. It is not sent to a server and can be cleared by deleting your browser data. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics.

You may ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to zms@v.cd. You also have the right to complain to the Algerian National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP).

10. Intellectual property

All content on this site — drawings, photographs, illustrations, text, the ZMS name and wordmark, and the design of the pieces — is owned by Studio ZMS SARL or used with permission. You may view, download, and print pages for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes, or use our images or drawings to train generative models, without written permission. Press may request a kit by email; we will send approved images and credits. We do not pay for coverage.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. We are liable for direct loss caused by our breach of these terms, up to the amount paid for the piece concerned, except where the law requires a higher amount.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of use, or loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, strikes, fire, flood, or failure of a utility or network. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

If a product causes damage, liability is governed by Algerian product liability rules. Please notify us promptly so we can investigate and, where appropriate, notify our insurer.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Algerian law. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you also have the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.

We would rather resolve a problem directly. Write to zms@v.cd with your order number and a clear description, and give us a reasonable opportunity to respond. If we cannot resolve it, you may contact the competent Algerian consumer protection authority or bring a claim before the competent court in Saida.

The courts of Saida have jurisdiction over disputes with business customers, subject to any mandatory rules. The place of jurisdiction for a consumer is determined by applicable law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for legal, operational, or product reasons. The version in force when you place an order governs that order. Material changes will be announced on this page with a new version number and date; we will not apply a change retrospectively to an order already accepted.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted to give effect to its purpose as far as possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in force.
