Everything you put on your body, considered as an object.
ZMS began in Saida in 2026 with a simple premise: the things closest to the body deserve the same attention as the furniture in the room. A shirt should fall correctly. A red should be decided, not decorated. A cream should be short enough to understand.
The collection is deliberately small: two pieces of cloth, one makeup set, two for skin, and one scent. Each is made in a run small enough to check by hand.

The Makeup Set / blush, compact, pencil

A palette that behaves like an object.
The Makeup & Cosmetics set is one box for the whole face: a pressed blush in a compact with a mirror lid, a satin-matte lip colour in Rouge 01, a fine eye pencil, and an eyeliner pen. Everything shares the same quiet palette, so nothing has to be matched.
Warm 01, Neutral 02, and Deep 03 extend the same logic. The blush is buildable, the lip colour is unscented, and the pencil is firm enough to draw a hairline. None of it sparkles.

We remove until only the necessary remains.
The body is the brief. Everything else — the label, the box, the photograph — is there to make the object legible, not to replace it.

Cut it once.
The shirt begins as a toile, the dress as a single length of crêpe hung for a week before the hem is levelled. If a piece needs a detail to explain its shape, the shape is not resolved.

Formulate for the skin.
The cream and oil were tested on the studio's own faces, including the eye area. The makeup set was developed with a makeup artist in Saida. Short ingredient lists, no fragrance where none is needed.

Make a run, then stop.
Cloth is cut and sewn in Saida. Cosmetics are filled in the EU. Runs are small; when a piece sells out, it is remade only if it still earns its place.

ZMS was founded in Saida in 2026. The first collection was not a range plan; it was a list of things the studio used every day and could not find in the form it wanted: a white tee with a close neck, a makeup set without ornament, a cream without fragrance, a scent that read as warmth rather than perfume.
The collection is made between the studio in Saida and cosmetic partners in the EU. Drawings are still done by hand. Prototypes are still worn until they fail. Nothing leaves the studio until it can be used without instruction.
